We have been using this product for past two years. Using it for every day to serve buffet during lunch hours.
Now coming to product, heating element doesn't go well with Hard Water (Water with high salt content).
Due to which heating elements got slow chipped and got broken. Aftersales support was contacted, as replacement isn't available to order.
But, support gladly sent replacement and provided guidance to replacement them too. Lesson learnt and implemented - Never user Hardwater. We now use soft water.
Prompt service is greatly appreciated.
