I assembled my rotisserie last night for the first time since I received it. It assembled very easily and fit on all of my grills, including my smokers and Santa style barbecue. I decided on installing it permanently on my Santa Maria style barbecue and cooked a rotisserie chicken on it last night. It worked for three hours without an issue and the chicken came out fantastic. I plan on using it a couple more times before ordering another and installing another one on my smoker to keep permanently there. If it passes the reliability check test over a couple cooks. I’d like to just simply have one in each one of my Barbecues considering how expensive they are from VEVOR. Valley.
