Was pleasantly surprised. Never had a vevor product before and this towel warmed did not disappoint. Set up was simple. We set the timer for the morning, if I forget I just throw it in before jumping in the shower and it's nice and warm by the time I get out. Zero issues, decent price. We will be checking vevor for more products moving forward.

Absolute junk...takes foreever to warm ONE towel and even then barely warm. STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!! If I could give it no stars I would have

Pro: + Still "works" after almost a year of daily use. The kids like the warm/hot towels. + Easy to use. Power on > set time. Cons: - Capacity could fit about 3 children's towels or 1 adult towel. - There are 4 clips inside to hold towels and they always fall off. We leave them at the bottom to avoid losing them. - Towels will not get warm if over stuffed much like a clothes dryer. You'll have some cold spots if there isn't enough room. - The cord organization is at the bottom and you have to flip it over to pull the power cord out and is too much of a hassle to always put it away.

Heb deze gekocht voor mijn praktijk maar met 65 decibel kan ik deze dus niet op dezelfde kamer plaatsen want dat is allesbehalve rustgevend. Dus nu op de badkamer en moet ik de cliënt achter laten om de handdoeken te gaan halen na de behandeling, heel lastig. Retour sturen is lastig bij Vevor want ze accepteren alleen beschadigde producten terug. Niet tevreden dus!!!

The unit is ok and worked fine for a while. I bought it in january of 2025 and less than a year later it stopped working. Also, it has to warm towels for a very long time to get 2 towels warm. In general, it is not worth it at all. Plus, as soon as you remove the towel it gets cold almost instantly.

I was sold a defective product (Towel warmer bucket) I followed all the requests in order to receive a refund or a replacement. I was offered $20 refund and was told to go get it fixed on my own. I am not accepting this offer as it is totally not acceptable to purchase a brand new product and receive a defective one and then be told, here's $20 and go get fixed yourself. Vevor is supposed to be a reputable company, I sent them a reply refusing their offer and instead I will videotape myself cutting the electrical cord to tend it totally useless and asked for either a refund or a new tested product to replace the defective one. Unless they want to pay for shipping to return their product. I am waiting for a response and will update this review. My last recourse is to open a dispute with my cc company.

I would not ever purchase this again. The towels will not stay in hot continuous. It takes about 25 minutes for the towels to get hot so you have to plan your showers. This will be an awesome product if it would run continuous.

They do not run continuous it takes at least 30 minutes for the towel to be warm enough so you have to put the towel in way before you get in the shower. It would be so nice if they would keep your towels, continuous hot.
