Don't buy this floor jack!!! If you are SUV owner and looking for a tough and convenient floor jack, this will make you disappointed. The floor jack has clicking sound from the spring while it reaches its maximum height, and it rises very slowly which shows it is not strong enough to support my car. Also, before buying this floor jack, I saw the comments that it was tough and could lift SUVs easily, but the fact is that it can not lift my Rogue for tire changing even it reaches its maximum height, my tire is still in contact with the floor, which stops me from pulling out my tires. Moreover, the customer service did not solve my issue, instead they told me to wait for 48 hours and 48 hours, again and again, finally they only replied me that they were sorry to hear my poor experience with their product. I will not buy anything from this company again, unless my issue has been solved.

The materials used in the floor jack seem very thin and the valve release tool had to be crimped further to allow usage! I hope it lasts because I have used it on 4 tire changes and I am concerned with its quality

Decepcionante. Lo compré para reemplazar uno de 2 tns que compre hace años en el todo 100 y la verdad es que no encuentro ninguna diferencia positiva que no sea mera estética. No es más estable que el anterior a pesar de ser más grande y más ancho. Es más pesado y le cuesta levantar lo que al pequeño, viejo, maltratado y oxidado gato viene haciendo hace décadas. Me parece que no es el reemplazo que buscaba. Por el precio no mereció la pena.

Tough to purchase something like this online. I thought it was much larger unit based on the original retail. This is a very portable smaller jack . Not something I’d use to lift a vehicle for an extended period of time or without additional stands.
