Anthony S Works great but gets really hot

Get unit overall. My only complaint is that the exterior gets really hot. That would suggest to me that there is no insulation between the inner dish and the outside metal exterior.
That said, it cooks wonderfully and quickly so it seems to work as it should.

Txharleygirl Roaster
After wanting one other for many years, I finally caved and purchased a big one. Of course this would be the year that we only needed a 14 pound turkey but it still came in handy and the turkey was very moist. We didn't use the recommended 350 degrees, we went with the butterball suggestion of 325 and it was ready in 3 hours.

Roaster works absolutely fantastic. Great value!! Bought for the wife so she can preserve ground beef, chicken, and bone broth in jars.
