The thermostat is not accurate. If it wasn’t so much hassle, I would return it but I guess we will learn how to cook with it. It seems like you turn it on 350 and it’s on maximum heat. 200 is not 200°.

Horse shit service, I waited and waited and waited after chatting with customer support which is horse shit as well, 2 weeks after ordering, product still hadn't shipped and they told me it was because I ordered 2 and it was freight size because of that and it could take longer. Label was created but never sent out. I cancelled the order and got refund. Give a God damn number for people to call and speak with someone, I don't have time to sit and wait for you to take 30 minutes to respond to each message after chat started

I have had this for a little over a year and after the third time using it the plastic on the inside of the lid started to melt, bubble and flake and ended up in my food.
The coating on the metal also has been flaking off regularly into my food.
For its purpose, this is a great product, unfortunately the quality is not the best so prepare to find bits of plastic and flaking metal in your food.

Just received, I cooked 2 large hams in a 20 quart. Worked well. It is not very heavy, quite tinny and beware, gets super hot on the outside.

I am not impressed with the inner pot for this roaster. After the first use it lost its shine and is hard to clean. It also holds the smell from previously cooked foods. I waited a couple of months to purchase, and now I see it's also $20+ cheaper.

after a month of online prodding and attempts, the product never arrived. Finally gave up and requested a refund which was received within a few days. So the refund process went well, but the overall order and delivery was a complete failure. Glad the refund service works well.
