Very good product, easy to use!

Pushing the buttons is difficult compared to the Emirell Egase but. It cooks better.

Seems to do everything I want, but the printed menu on the face of the unit, is all but invisible. i ended up having to find a clear image of the Menu online, and print it out, so I can find the right setting.

As an air frier or convection oven it is superb. Large capacity, super easy to clean (bottom tray easily removed and cleans up well). Love the basket. Toast - forget it. It just doesn't work well probably because it is too large for this purpose. But if are toasting a open face sandwich or making garlic bread and cheese this unit does an awesome job. We mostly use air frier mode for these purposes as well. Even heating.

Pretty well built. Stainless piece of equipment works well. There are some things it needs such as better door seal to retain heat the rubber on mine warped after the first use and doesn't seal correctly now. You need to remove drip pan and set it on door before removing any greasy items in the basket or rack as they drip all over the inside of the glass consistently. Overall works well. Needs a little fine tuning for the next version Perhaps the door should open sideways like a microwave instead.

I bought this after throwing away my Breville oven. The fan on the Breville died. I couldn’t find a replacement online so I called Breville service. Yes they had the fan in stock. It was only $12.00. But , they won’t sell it to me!!!! I have to ship my oven back to them so they can install the fan (which I already had my oven apart) for the low cost of $180. WHAT!!! Breville is no longer an option for me. Rant over This oven functions great. So good that I gave my dedicated Air Fryer to my daughter. The only complaint is the control panel. I’m old and the symbols don’t help me much. I wish it had a backlight on the actual words for each function. I like the oven overall. Great value compared to the other ovens I have used.

This toaster oven works perfect! The features are great. So easy to use. The exterior could look less industrial and more beautiful, hence the 4 stars.

I bough it for home use. At first I taught it was a convection oven but it's just air frier If you like to cook, it's a nice addition to you kitchen

I received my toaster item today and it is missing one of the forks for the rotisserie spindle. How do I get about getting the missing one. Haven't used it yet so I can't give a complete review. Item seems to be what I want but will save a complete review after I have used it and see what it takes to get the missing part. Until then I am rating a 3.
