Je dois appuyer sur le couvercle pour voir les degrés.. et de plus je n'arrive plus a régler mes compartiments..ça bloque a 9°, je peux pas programmer plus bas. Utilisé 2x! Et déjà un problème... Bref je fais comment pour le renvoyer? Ou recevoir un autre? Il allait très bien les 2 fois que je l'ai utilisé ?

It's a good car refrigerator for the price, quality, features and its easy to use. It's just the customer service... First, don't expect an fast repply from them. Also, they don't have a phone number to call. Only by messages. I tried to talk to someone for a refund, and it's seems they don't want you to give proper instructions and help for this kind of things. The moment they got your money and send the item... good luck for having a refund. I'm really disappointed about that, because the product itself is good for the price. So yes, if you want to buy something here, be sure it's not to pricey and you double check if everything is correct. For my part, last time I buy something directly here.

Diese Kühlbox ist für mein Empfinden sehr laut und gluckert ständig. Das ist extrem nervig ! Die Bedienung ist äußerst umständlich. Habe den Kundenservice via Live-Chat kontaktiert und nach mehreren Tagen noch immer keine Antwort bekommen. Würde diese Box nicht noch einmal kaufen.

I ordered the 58 QT car cooler about a week ago. I actually tried cancelling the order before it shipped after reading reviews stating that quality was very inconsistent and customer service was awful. Well, they were not wrong! In fact, I'm surprised there are any good reviews! Chatting with a customer service rep was painful. I had to wait about 10 minutes for each response, and they were all pre-written form responses. Trying to cancel was pointless. They shipped it anyways. Anyhow, took it out, plugged it in, and it took 3 hours to get from 72 degrees to 50 degrees and then it stayed there. The product description said it's supposed to reach desired temps as low as -4 degrees within 26 minutes. Hahaha, nope!! I contacted customer service rand asked to return the item for a refund since it was well within the 30-day return period and clearly did not work. About a day later, I received a form email apologizing for the inconvenience and stating that someone from the tech department would get back to me within 48 hours. And there is apparently my option at this point since I can't even seem to chat online - sit and wait for tech to contact me so we can establish the thing doesn't work and go from there. Meanwhile, I'm in a rush to get a cooler that actually works for a camping trip that is quickly approaching. Save yourself the trouble and buy something more reliable with better customer service.

Unit was defective when showed up. Had to battle Vevor for a simple return/refund.
