I purchased this unit installed it. Had several times the pump would stal and would have to .essentially with the pickup tube the goes I to the 5 gallon jug. Now a few weeks later the pump just quit all together. When the pump did run it was very noisy . I would not recommend this unit. Because of being noisy and unreliable.

Unit purchase to use in my RV, unit is so noisy that it unusable, was not able to return since I was 2 days past the 30 days returned window, and that 30 days the order was placed, not when you receive it.

2nd one bought. Lucky to last under 2 years on store bought water. Always clean caps because they are not mould resistant and black mold will appear.

Fällt leider nach 3 Tagen aus und baut keinen Druck mehr auf. Musste zweimal zum Kunden fahren und habe jetzt eine Flojet von Bonamat eingebaut( sieht baugleich aus,aber deutlich bessere Leistung).Leider konnte ich bei Vevor bisher keine Reaktion bekommen.Weder bei Garantieanmeldung noch lässt sich eine Reklamation absenden,der Senden Button bleibt einfach hell.Schade,hatte bereits 4 Pumpen gekauft,da bleibe ich wohl drauf sitzen

Don't know how the product works. Never opened it. Will say very very poor customer service. Horrible on returning items. Will never buy from this company again

My order got lost in the mail, so I was told and that I was going to get credited for the purchase something that never happened.

Item was never received, it was lost in transit!
