Pump quit working in less than a year. Contacted customer service. We tried to resolve it but was unable to finish because we couldn’t communicate well and I couldn’t send the video they wanted. Felt ripped off

I loved the aerator system and the price but the aerator pump quit pumping about 14 months after installing. It doesn’t look like I can get a rebuild kit for the pump?

last about a year with 24 hour operation and frequent air fllter changes before it becomes so noisy it needs replaced. this is my third air pump

It seemed to work great for quite some time, but after a year it was barely pushing air to the heads. I thought I had a leak or needed to clean the aerators, but after digging up the line and cleaning the heads, it was definitely the pump. I took it apart and the "rings" on the pistons were worn out. Vevor doesnt sell a rebuild kit so it essentially useless at this point. Give the price point of this unit compared to other units out there, it's still a great deal, but very wastefully to buy a new pump annually instead of just rebuilding it like other competitors offer. The problem is that competitors rebuild kits are about the same price as a new Vevor pump.

This pump is nice and comes with everything to get started except a wrench. Teflon tape and hose clamps included. The pump works better than I expected, however, it does get VERY hot!

Unit did not have the dual output fittings as shown. Had to redo with purchased parts. Air volume is lower than expected. Unit is very quiet.

Pump work great at beginning, but as time went on, it wouldn't put any air out. Less than a year old

Bought the pump and it worked ok. It didn't throw real heavy bubbles. The compressor stopped pumping air after about 16 months of use. It sounds like it is working but doesn't produce any air.

It works well for about a year and then it gets really loud. I have had two now and you can expect about 2 year of care free service and then you will have to replace.

Lasted not even a year junk! Now I’m waiting on customer service to get back to me on the seals since I don’t see any replacements pairs online for this.
