Lasted less than 5 months. After 4 months, it started making a really loud noise and then within 2-3 weeks, it stopped working completely. I would not recommend. Vevor customer service has given me the runaround for the last 4 weeks. They have provided no resolution yet.

Worked great for 6 months then stopped. They asked me to take apart and send pics, then said they don't have parts to send for me to fix. Went round and round with these people for a cpl months. Took 80 emails and 15 chat sessions to get a partial refund.

I purchased the VEVOR Pond Aerator, and unfortunately, the original air compressor failed within the first year of use. I was very pleased with VEVOR's customer service, as they promptly sent out a replacement unit. However, the replacement compressor experienced the exact same failure in a short amount of time. While I truly appreciate the company standing behind their warranty, the underlying reliability of this specific component is disappointing. I hope VEVOR considers upgrading to a higher-quality compressor for this kit in the future.

Fan in the unit didn’t work. Been dealing with customer service for over 3 weeks. Instead of sending a replacement fan unit all they sent were the blades. Now tney want me to send the whole unit back before they will refund/replace. Very disappointed

Unit comes with just unit. Many parts needed to install in pond. Read hoses freeze too. Tried to return unopened and was denied and referred to the manual. Bad business practices. Will never see my business

Bought this pump for our pond and it shocks you anywhere that you touch it that is metal!!! So, pretty much the entire thing. Customer service refuses to replace it or refund our money. They offered $50 to take it to a repair shop. Told me to take it apart and fix it. WTH!! Do not buy from here who does this. We have kids by water and an electric device that shocks you. 👎👎👎👎

Started pulling high amps tripping breaker.

Last just 1 year. Metal shavings all over in bottom of the protective box it is in. No repair kits.

Very very poor customer service. This is the second one I ordered first one didn’t last 6 months. So much for one year warranty. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Will not honor the warranty
