Recommending this product not only for its value but also for the after sales support. We have been using this product for past two years. Using it for every day to serve buffet during lunch hours. Now coming to product, heating element doesn't go well with Hard Water (Water with high salt content). Due to which heating elements got slow chipped and got broken. Aftersales support was contacted, as replacement isn't available to order. But, support gladly sent replacement and provided guidance to replacement them too. Lesson learnt and implemented - Never user Hardwater. We now use soft water. Prompt service is greatly appreciated.

Great Product very fast shipping

it was exactly what we needed and fit in the right spot great, we put in in our food truck and it work great and has been a great help to our production in keeping food hot and ready for our customers

Good and works great Great for serving foood Party special events church cooking just great I brought for my business and don’t have to worry easy setup no problem at all

The warming table arrived quickly and the box was not tore up like our usual deliveries from Fed Ex are. After opening the box we discovered that the bottom table and one of the pans were bent. We are in desperate need for this table so I can’t return it. Not horribly bent but enough to notice. Really hate that we spent over $500 and it arrived bent. I understand that it happens but it still stinks

Excellent product/performance easy install. Works great! Served 75 people in 15 minutes. Easy clean up, separate spigot. highly recommended. Installed in a food truck Yummies.

Good Product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The steam table.works great. 2 tems of concern, the drains if not put together perfect. They will leak..Would be great if the drains were installed at factory. And the work area would be great if removable..

I purchased this food Warmer it got delivered to the wrong address after days of searching I finally found it down the block I had a load it into my truck and bring it to my house assemble it come to realize one side does not work at all try to contact your company at least 10 times nobody's getting back to me I'll have to go to my bank and cancel this transaction since nobody's getting back to me to resolve this problem

I like the product, however, it showed up damaged. Want to see what customer service is going to do about it
