I have this greenhouse heater which I have used a couple of times with a times, and suddently the fan broke. The heating element works fine, but the fan does not spin anymore

I used this heater for about a month and the thermostat quit working. It doesn’t even power on

I have been using it on my Workbench in my Garage and have found when in use I always have to have it on High as the Medium setting is way too cool. It doesn't come close to my (Same Wattage) Infra Red Heater that was $20 more expensive puts out I would guess 4X the Heat. Even after it's been on High for an hour you can place and hold your hand directly on the front grill of the unit and feel no discomfort. I would not purchase this Unit again.

The thermostat that came with it was deffective and would not release the heater plug.. unfortunate to have only part of a system. From day one it did not perform as described..

In the advertisement, the heater glows bright orange when operating. I have 2 of the same model and I can't get either unit to glow orange. The out put temperature is never above 400 degrees. Both units can't be defective. I think the advertisement is false!

This unit barely puts out any heat. Don't know what's going on with it. Everything works, just no heat. Coils don't heat like it should. Just warm air coming out.

No instructions came with this unit. The heater itself came with a 2 prong plug. The thermostat has a 3 prong plug and a 3 prong recital. Nothing matches.

Used this for a greenhouse outside, but it quit working after two days. Ended up throwing it away. Lost all my plants outside this past winter.

Bought this to replace my previous one which I bought last year and only used for 6 weeks. That one started overheating with a burn mark on the thermostat. Contacted the company as it’s a serious safety issue and all they had to say was that the warranty was expired. I knew that already. I was contacting them because of a safety issue - no concern expressed. When it worked it was great and so is this one but I’d be cautious with it. I only bought this one as I couldn’t find another one that met my needs

They failed to deliver my purchase while holding my money for a month. All I got were promises and requests to give them more time. After that they wished me to repurchase it at a higher price. They were swift to collect my money and then wanted an additional two weeks to provide a refund. Very disappointed former customer.
