I got this kit for silicone casting, sadly the chamber only reached 25inhg in a reasonable time and started to outgas oil mist at around 15inhg. The assembly was a breeze tho and it's really great value for the money, and I bet the oil mist problem could be solved by using better vacuum oil. I'll be returning this one and getting a 9cfm two stage version for better performance.

I'm using it for removing bubbles from resin and it works great. Had no problems setting it up, delivery was fast and the price was good.

The Vevor 3 Gallon Vacuum Chamber works very well, and is very quiet compared to my wife's resin vacuum chamber. We use it to vacuum seal food jars. The lid is very well made. I wish the lid had an edge under, against pot, you just make sure lid is centered on pot. System is very easy to use, and is at a good price.

Great little vacuum de-gasser. The pump is really quiet, comes with pump oil (just a little more than necessary for top-ups), gets down to a really decent -27.25-ish in Hg pressure, and all the components seem really well made. 1" thick acrylic lid, heavy stainless steel canister, sturdy hosing, quality pressure gauge and valves- I'm surprised you get all this for the price.

This vacuum chamber is perfect to use in sealing not only Mason Jars for food preservation, but also pickle jars, Salsa jars or others with a sealing lid. I just put the closed jar into the chamber, pull a vacuum, and then release. The lid will pull down sealing the contents in an air tight vacuum to help keep my dehydrated foods safe. This saves me money by allowing me to reuse my condiment jars and not throwing them into the land fill.

Worked great. Quieter than I expected. I have tried this a couple times so far and it works like it’s supposed to. I use it to pull bubbles out of plastisol while making soft plastic lures. Made crystal clear baits! Costs less than other brands and does the same job.

Looks nice, works nice, fairly quiet as others noted. The pump came soaked in oil that leaked through the exhaust cap. Most likely this happened because the package was tumbled around while in shipping. Nevertheless, the exhaust cap should be replaced with a sealing cap for transport. I suppose completely draining the oil would not be commercially viable, too time-costly. Anyway, it took me over an hour to clean up the mess thoroughly, including the exhaust cap with filters. It does let oil mist at the exhaust out while pumping (wrap it in paper towel to catch the mist). The vacuum chamber is very nice. The gauge and valves are OK. Holding same pressure for 24 hrs, no leaks. I did get the bottle of oil with it.

I NEEDED THIS IN A HURRY TO REPAIR AN ITEM, EXECELLENT PRODUCT FOR VERSATILITY AND MANUFACTURE. GREAT ITEM
