The customer service team and seller are great. They listen and try their best to resolve my issue. They response to my email promptly. Even though the order doesn’t work out for me. Seller have offered to refund portion of the amount and keep the item. The bathroom fan is the remote control type not able to connect to the bathroom switch.

First I must say this is a must have I changed 4 previous before this one and it was easy to install and work great the only think I wish it had was auto on but still love this product

The description said "no need for attic access " but the installed manual required attic access to complete the installation. Other than that, the fan works very well and very quiet. we turned on the fan more often as the old one was much noisier.

This fan came very fast to look fantastic.Good quality can't wait to install. Low that it's got the fan plus heat and the remote control

went in pretty easy and works well

great price and works as advertised fast delivery nice and warm on cold mornings and cold evenings daughter loves the remote control

Nice , quiet , quality bathroom fan. Perfect solution for cold bathrooms. I would recommend anyone who has on tiled bathroom, shower room

Very good high quality products. The fans are quiet and high cfm. The drywall tools look and feel professional but have not used them yet.
