excellent quality, I would buy it again if needed. shipping was a bit slow, and a few missing pieces, buy everything was solved and with great timing.

Products seem to be of quaility and as described... My only complaint is they limit use or reward points making them pretty much worthless... only allow a percent of earned points on new purchase... That being said they really do not effect my buying options as a option to sway me toward Vevor..

Fan has a lot of cool features I love. I bought 2 of them and one of them has clunking noise whenever the fan is first turned on or off. I figured out that there is an automatic valve built in that closes and opens on an actuator. The flap gets hung up every once in a while for split second and then "clunks" down once it moves past that catch point. The 2nd unit operates flawlessly. I'm still waiting on Vevor customer service on how to best handle this.

I installed fan and nothing worked, i emailed them to let them know, first email reponses "will we get back to you in 48hrs" , second the email, the instruction manual. i email them again "will we get back to you in 48hrs" third email "will we get back to you in 48hrs" , ONE WEEK LATER WE WILL CREDIT YOU $59.00 AND KEEP THE FAN WHICH A PAIDED $104 THAT DOES not work.......SCAMMER, BEWARE NO STARS

Good customer service but terrible product. Requested a different unit but ended up just getting refunded. The exhaust fan blows air back in and the heater isn't strong, it's almost just a fan.

the fan is good. it gives off decent heat as well for the size of it. The light is pretty bright. Two things I don't like.... when you turn on the light, its not instant on.... it takes a couple seconds for the light to actually come on. Second thing, I figured I would be able to put the fan on a second switch. NOPE... only way to operate the fan is with the remote. Who wants to have to turn the light on with the switch and then have to use a remote to turn the fan on? Not me.

This product isn't really set up for the American market. Doesn't have proper wire connections

I do like it but after one month it stopped heating. Not sure if its dead or fixable. Great item until then.

I bought this product for the price. I recommend to anybody don't buy from this company they Don't help when the product is defective pay a little of maney in home Depot or other store you can return it easily. Vevor they Don't even have a phone number to call them just chat and don't give any refunds don't waste your time and money bad service.
