Worked perfect it's not that often you get something that works as advertised. It saved me hours and hours of work. Excellent purchase

I tried using the tool but had issues actually extracting the posts. I then decided to get a piece of square tubing to act as an extension bar. The tubing was maybe 3ft, and the extra leverage was a huge help. I was able to extract a post in a minute or two with no difficulty. The post puller is well made and should last nearly a lifetime. If the extension was included...5 stars.

Works as expected and does the job well. The quality is fine, and it was easy to assemble. Recommend

Works well. We do a quite extensive Christmas display and we use a lot of rebar and t posts to hold props. When it's time to tear down, the posts are usually froze in place. I usually pull them using the loader on a tractor. This year, I was able to pull all the posts with the t post puller. It worked well. My only complaint is the link connecting the hook to the chain broke on one of the first rebar posts I pulled. The connector is extremely light and should be heavier.

used it over the weekend to remove star pickets that have been in many years and it was far superior to my old remover . there were a few star pickets that refused to budge which have probably been impacted by tree roots and will probably require an excavator to remove

Bereits die Lieferung war fehlerhaft, da meine Hausnummer falsch auf dem Versandlabel angegeben wurde. Dadurch war eine Zustellung nicht möglich und ich musste das Paket selbst bei der Post abholen – völlig unnötiger Aufwand. Dem Gerät lag zudem keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung bei, sondern ausschließlich eine englische Version, was für den Verkauf in Deutschland absolut inakzeptabel ist. Das größte Problem ist jedoch die Qualität: Beim allerersten Einsatz ist der Kettenhaken (Sicherungsbolzen) unter normaler Belastung sofort gebrochen. Das Gerät ist damit unbrauchbar und stellt in dieser Form sogar ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Ich habe den Mangel bereits am 15. Juni reklamiert. Es wurde zwar ein Ticket eröffnet, jedoch bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung. Am 17. Juni habe ich erneut geschrieben, da ich bald in den Urlaub gehe, und ausdrücklich um eine vollständige Rückgabe mit Erstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten (keine Ersatzlieferung). Auch darauf habe ich bislang keine Antwort erhalten. Sollte hier nicht umgehend eine Lösung erfolgen, sehe ich mich gezwungen, weitere Schritte einzuleiten. Fazit: Schlechte Qualität, mangelhafte Abwicklung und ein Kundenservice, der seinen Namen nicht verdient. Ich kann den Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen.
