Haven't used it yet as it was a Christmas present however it appears to be everything it was advertised to be

very poor service, i did not recieved my product which i have order not even refund as well , ups said they delivered

Je pensais faire mon processus de tempérage de chocolat, mais compliqué de chauffer et faire redescendre les températures avec l’appareil de façon précise, trop d’inertie. D’autre part pour vider les bac d’eau les bords du haut ne son pas étanche ce qui causer des risque électrique si l’appareil n’est pas debranché. A bien réfléchir avant d’acheter cet article.

Looks good and well presented. The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because it comes with a massive 15amp plug so I have to buy an adaptor for it. Been sitting there for a few weeks haven’t popped down to Bunnings yet to get the plug. Electrician said the watts are not high. No spare 15amp socket for it

Unfortunately this machine couldn't maintain the correct temperature and would suddenly drop, or increase temp without any change to the dial. I gave up, came back and tried again later and now it won't even turn on. I've purchased a replacement with my own money, and hopefully the one I received was just a lemon.

J'ai acheté une tempéreuse à chocolat et à ma gande surprise la température n,est pas bonne, même en mode basse, je n,arrive pas à atteindre la température désiré pour tempérer mon chocolat, Je suis vraiment décu.

Chocolate should not be heated over 120ºF. With the thermostat set to 45ºC/113ºF, the actual temperature in the container routinely exceeded this temperature reaching 175ºF at one point. This would have ruined the chocolate. See attached graph, the set point in grey and the (water) temperature in the container in blue. The final part of the graph shows the temperature at a set point of 167ºF, this unit is quite good for keeping food warm.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich hatte Reklamation bei dieser Maschine und sie wollten mir 24 € zurückschicken und danach ist nichts mehr passiert, obwohl ich mehrere Mal Fernando geschrieben habe

It heats the water about 40 degrees warmer than labeled on the temp knob. Vevor's customer service is more frustrating than helpful. Good luck.
