Hard to use it, one of the pedal step not fit on the hole. One screw is missing. My daughter is not happy to her bike

Bought it three weeks ago. Didn't work for me. Tried riding it once. Got on to some uneven ground, the bike wouldn't turn and it tipped over and threw me into a ditch. Thankfully the ditch was full of weeds and I had a soft landing. If it had been full of rocks, I'd be writing this from heaven. I'm trying to sell it to cut my loses.

Horrible instructions took 2 days to assemble. Cheap materials the handbrake adjustment knob was broken because it was just pot metal. I realize you source this product in China but you should thoroughly vet the product and instructions before selling domestically. Makes me skeptical of ever buying Vevor tools.

I did not read any of the 4 or 5 reviews. The instructions are terrible. Had parts left over. Never addressed in the instructions. I text web site over 6 weeks ago no reply. Finally got assembled, the derailer does not work properly. Bike pulls to the right. I'm 82 , my son in law who is a mechanical engineer he has the same issues. Bike is not worth the money. Would give it zero stars out of 5. I wasted my money. Suggest you save yours

It was very difficult to assemble. I still haven’t finished and had help from several others who also could not figure out why the brakes and derailer don’t work right. I hope I can still figure it out or else it was a total waste of money.

I expected two 7 speed trikes and the blue one isn't a 7 speed and I'm not happy about it.

I bought this tricycle because the price was right, the features were what I wanted. Also was planning to have Taskrabbit assemble but after contacting them, they don't come to my area. My son has assembled many many bikes and offered. It took him 5 hours and 2 trips to Walmart for parts that didn't fit right. The included instruction book needs to be updated. My bike has parts that were not even mentioned in the instructions. Bike looks good now but we'll see how well it holds up. I have my doubts! I wish I had bought a bike that was pre-assembled or mostly pre-assembled. Not really interested in using Vevor again.

It was very difficult to put together. I ended up bringing it to a local bicycle shop to have it assembled. The owner of the shop said he had a hard time putting the rear assembly on to the frame. He had to fix it to make it work. The derailer does not work properly. He said it took him 3 hours to make adjustments and it still doesn't shift properly, it hangs up. So don't bother paying more for the trike with gears, you won't be able to use them like you should. I thought it would be a quality product bc of Vevor, but it is not. Very disappointing.

Très bon vélo qui nécessite un certain temps pour l'assemblage surtout pour quelqu'un qui n'en a jamais assemblé un. Pour une raison de sécurité, je l'ai fait réviser surtout pour l'ajustement des freins. Le réparateur/monteur de vélo a dû redresser le frein arrière à coups de marteau à cause d'un défaut de fabrication. J'ai acheté un nouveau siège pour un confort accru. Le système de vissage nécessite des améliorations puisque les écrous/boulons se desservent... j'ai même perdu une aile pendant une excursion de 16 km (ma 2e sortie seulement); j'ai dû revenir avec l'aile dans la main. C'est la vibration causée par le roulement sur des surfaces telles que asphalte, ciment et gravelle qui desserre les boulons; revoir la façon de les stabiliser. Maintenant il est à mon goût.

OK, I had high hopes for a straight forward, easy assembly... but it was not to be. Aside from the wheels and frame, you are confronted with complete assembly of the bike. Granted, all the bits and pieces were bubble wrapped, but the packaging had to be cut open and pried out. Tools provided were a joke, absolute bottom quality. The instruction book was printed for another version/model of adult tricycle, so there were many glitches where pictures did not match up with the actual bike I was assembling. Nuts, washers and bolts are sub-quality and flimsy. I expect they will rust quickly. No real instructions about adjusting the shifting assembly and limits. Shift cable attachment at the back hub was difficult. No instructions about safely adjusting brake cables. Rear fenders are tedious to assemble unless you have tiny hands and lots of patience. The assembly of the basket at the back is ridiculous, having to bend chunks of raw metal to hold basket pieces together. After 4+ frustrating hours, my wife's bike was finally assembled. Sorry Vevor, this bike journey was not worth the time, frustration, or money.
