Thomas Bennington These skates exceeded design limits and expectatio
We overloaded these skates by a factor of about 1.2 and they still held up. I had to remove the top ball bearing rotary piece and hard welded them to a steel leg and rolled them across asphalt, which was probably like 60 grit sand paper. We did rip the plastic off the skate after about a mile of outside rolling but our use exceeded design limits of the skate and everything considered, they functioned exceptionally well. They were a tool and did one job, more than they were designed for.
