We purchased this for a community children's carnival. It was easy to set up and use. We made some cotton candies ahead of time so that the kid's don't have to wait in line long. It was fast getting it going. The only thing is, the steel bowl was thinner than I expected. The unit itself is light enough and very portable and easy to clean.
