I purchased 2 Vevor 5-Pan commercial Food warmer 5 x 20.6 qt Electric Steam tables and one of them has a major defect on it and it needs to be replaced or repaired. I am finding it to be very hard to speak to someone about this problem. My phone number is 662-645-5911. Maybe you could direct me to the right person to talk to about this problem.
