I have 3 systems for sharpening drill bits, and this one is now my It beats them all in speed and ease of use, and ties one for sharpening accuracy. I have found it beneficial to put some light machine oil in the bores that receive the chuck. The instructions could be better, but once you figure out dialing in the bit rotation so it is perpendicular with the lines on the collet holder, you will get good results. I used it to sharpen centre drills with great results. I have managed to sharpen bits as small as 1/8" and the result is surprisingly good. However, it does take a little more time to orient the bit in the chuck, but it is certainly doable. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Prix très compétitif. Très facile d'utilisation. Nombreuses possibilités de réglages. C'est un achat que je ne regrette pas. Possibilité d'affûter les forets au carbure avec la deuxième meule fournie. Le seul bémol serait le manque d'explications sur le réglage de la dépouille mais le réglage d'usine semble bien fonctionner.

Macht genau was es soll, wiederhohlgenau werden auch rundeste oder verschliffene Bohrer wieder scharf. Allerdings muss man schon einige Bohrersätze einsparen um den Preis raus zu haben. Aber nachhaltig ist es allemal. Daher trotzdem meine Empfehlung.

This sharpen is absolutely a must have. I sharpened drill for 4 days all of which varied in length. This thing worked beautifully. All my bits are sharp as the day they were new. Great buy.

Der Preis könnte etwas günstiger sein, die Qualität ist jedoch absolut in Ordnung, das Gerät ist wirklich einfach zu bedienen. Auf Dauer werden Bohrer sicher deutlich länger im Einsatz sein, als bisher, ein manuelles Schleifen wird überflüssig. Ich habe inzwischen mehr als 20 Bohrer aufgefrischt und bin mit der Bohrleistung absolut zufrieden. Was die Dokumentation betrifft, würde ich mir wünschen, dass die unterschiedlichen Geometrien von Bohrern und deren Einstellung am Gerät beschrieben werden. Bisher konnte ich nur HSS erfolgreich und problemlos mit den vorgegebenen Einstellungen schärfen. Weiterhin wäre die Dokumentation in deutscher Sprache für viele Käufer entscheidend.

I've used a lot of drill bit sharpeners over the years, and this one is by far the best I've ever used. It's well built, powerful, and quiet. The only knock I have is that it can't sharpen bits larger than 1/2". It would be nice if it could go up to 3/4". I would definitely buy this again, but I doubt I'll wear it out in my lifetime. I highly recommend this tool.

I'm a field mechanic, there's nothing worse then being in the middle of a project, needing a drill bit and it breaking or getting dull. This thing works better then any DR. company, leaves a smooth factory looking finish. Bits are sharp after use, and stay sharp. Everything one could want. Its expensive, most good things are, it saves time, money and frustration of having to stop working on a project and waiting for a replacement.

Very well constructed machine. Easy to use and sharpens drill bits quickly and effectively. It was well packed and delivery was quick. I am very satisfied with the product.
