Loved the product for its looks, design, and price. I would recommend the base be bigger, like a 4x4. I felt that the smaller base could lead to breaking out of the concrete I anchored it into and cause me a troubleshooting call. All in all, I love the product and would buy it again.

The railing itself is quite nice and easy to set up and install. The concrete anchors didn't work as they have - they spun in the concrete hole and didn't tighten the railing enough so I had to get to Rona and get some 'real' anchors which worked much better. Another $26 but at least it is secure. It appears to have a powder coated finish which should wear well. Nice to have bottom bolt covers. Looks nice and I'm satisfied.

Liked the quality and aesthetics of the handrail. I had a contractor friend install it. He recommended larger screws to bolt down handrail. The handrail is wide and fells solid.

It's a great product other than the combination open-end wrench that came with it doesn't fit around the bolts that go into the feet very well. Which isn't terrible because who wants to spend that much time using an open-end wrench on those screws? But other than that I think it's a great product

Overall the product was exactly what I expected with a minor exception, where the caps that hide the bolt heads arrived as single pieces that needed to be slid onto the uprights ahead of time, while the online specs showed them as 2-piece snap together as a final step. Luckily I dry-fit everything before proceeding and then discovered the difference so only had to undo railing pins and support frame pins to slide on the caps before bolting down. Beyond that, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I did notice a couple of pits in the powder coating that I hope won’t lead to rust but time will tell. I plan to re-paint in the spring with Rustoleum to match the rest of my bright white trim anyway so that should resolve any rusting issues. Very pleased with how sturdy the finished railings are. Installed a pair for visual balance as well as to accommodate both right-handed and left handed people so should be set for years to come.

Bonne qualité bien rigide après fixation

Seem to be fairly decent gauge steel. The thru -bolts appear to be stainless. I used Tapcons instead of the bolts that were supplied. I will see how it holds up through rain, sleet and snow. Tried to upload photo, but their site doesn't allow for Google photos from the app to be posted. They should fix that.
