I love my mixer. I had a hard time with no directions but my girls looked up a manual and we figured it out.

This machine is very easy to use and I would chose it over any other machine. I received the machine 1 day before the delivery date or 2 days after order was placed. It came upside down but that wasn't their fault. It came with a few scratches and paint peeling on the handle for the lift and a bit of grease on random places. If I need another mixer, I will buy again!! Timer works great!

I've run about 50 pounds of flour through this guy and it's been a pleasure. My old red 8 quart mixer used to get so hot you couldn't touch certain parts, and would groan as it kneaded heavy doughs. This mixer breezes through them with no effort at all, never even warms up, and kneads so much better that the bread is noticeably better. It works well on small batches too, the dough hook shape handles big and small batches equally well. The safety features work perfectly and the ability to set the timer to run for a fixed interval is an added plus.

I don't own a bakery, pizza-house or something like that. I'm a farmer on a small farm with 3 milking cows and I use it to make butter. Before I tried to use KitchenAid stand mixers and it took me a couple of hrs just because I could not put more cream than ~2/3 of the bowl size - otherwise cream splashes around all over the kitchen. So I benefited from this purchase immediately - it's bigger than KitchenAid, it less noisy, it has a timing feature and I was pleasantly surprised that it takes less time in vevor mixer to make butter ( because the working surface is bigger ) so it takes less time! Honestly, I'm super happy. The only regret is - i didn't order 15 qts mixer. And be advised - this thing is heavy, you cannot move it every time after usage
