This is a solid unit, and it came with enough accessories to allows us to use it for just about any purpose. It was purchased to make batches of brownies for a retail location. With all of the add-ons included, we're looking at creating some other SKUs as well. It was packaged and shipped in a solid, screwed together box, well wrapped and padded. Very satisfied so far.

Easy & reliable

Got this for my mom and she loves it. Were a big family so I wanted to get something that would be a good size and that will last many years. It came nice packaged in a wooden box so the food mixer came in perfect shape and no scratches and problems. It was extremely heavy so it needed 2 men to carry it. It worked amazingly and is a bit loud but not too loud. I wouldn't complain about the noise it makes its not that bad. I did though have issues with the speed. It only has 3 speed settings which is totally fine but the lowest one is quite fast. So while making some pizza dough I added flour turned it on and it kept throwing the flour all around the table. That was annoying but it was the only issue I had with this mixer. I just had to add the flour little by little so it doesn't blow it everywhere. Besides that the mixer worked great easy to use and saves me a lot of time. I usually take about 40 minutes to make pizza dough but with this mixer it took me 10 minutes. The bowl was very big and had a lot of room so I was able to make a large amount with no issues. The bowl was also very easy to click in and pop out. I loved the fact that there is a timer attached to the mixer its very convenient and once the timer ends the mixer stops immediately. Overall I think this is a great mixer especially for a big family.
