Top of pressure 1" threads are running threads and will not tighten enough not to leak. Also had to buy a new pressurte switch. The one it came with malfuncioned.

Yo no la recomiendo. Una de las partes llegó quebrada, la plomeria que se enrosca en la salida del agua. No quise reclamar. Le puse plomeria de pvc pero tiene fuga de agua por el adaptador de enfrente. Fui apretando los tornillos poco a poco porque no quería dañar el empaque, la fuga de agua nunca desapareció. Tiene buena presion de agua con una manguera de 50 pies pero con una de 100 disminuye mucho. No la recomiendo. Le di una estrella porque tenía que ponerle algo.

The pump worked for maybe 30 days, Now Vevor wants me to wait for weeks while they figure it out, its broke and I want my money back, China shit is what it is , They can't even write correctly. Buyer beware they will keep your money and sell you pieces of shit. They want pictures of the pump, The picture show a very pretty pump, the fucking pump dont work.... Dont buy this shit.....

Manual states the motor is preset and or wired for 230 volts but confusingly comes with a 115v nema-5 plug? The switch to change between 115/230 volts is unclear, (it was originally set 230). Wasted two hours before I figured out my problems weren't pressure. The hardware also includes a 1" brass check valve that's not mentioned at all in the manual, wasting further time. The included diagrams in the manual are terrible.

My review is more on the customer service and to warn you if you receive a damaged item, as in my case this pump came in with a broke pressure switch. I tried to get a replacement but instead they offered me 51$ and keep the pump. I declined so, they offered me 100$ I declined again. I had to get my bank involved along with BBB because they were not going to refund my purchase. After getting them involved i received a shipping label and was told if they get a tracking number update I will be refunded. All that nonsense tondo what is right. Refund or replace. Never buying from this company again.

This pump is rated at 40 psi but it is only putting out 20 psi my old 10 year pump was doing better than this. Just install it and this is the results. I guess its best to pay a little more! Asking for a refund! Time is money!!

This pump seems to run and run and dosnt build up pressure. It has a regulator to turn it on and off but wont build up enough pressure to turn off. Water just trickles out without a lot of pressure like our previous 1/2 hp pump. Not sure if i got a bad one or if they are all like this. Would return it but a little water is better than none at the moment until i can get another one
