I bought the pump in June and it went out in September. It only lasted 3 months. Good thing is I got the 3 year project plan so I really hope I'm covered 🙏.

You all promoted me getting my pump on Monday 20 july. . It's Tuesday and from what I can see it will not get here today. My pool is starting to get green with the delay. If I would have known I would have bought one from the pool place and my pool would be crystal clear. Thanks to you all I have to go and get more chemicals to get my pool clear again. I have a good mine to get one today and return your product. Don't promise something you cannot honor.

Velocidad Simple 386 L/min 16,2 m
Pump worked great for a couple months, then stopped. Dont waste your time or money, oh and definitely dont buy the 3 year protection plan (huge waste of money) emailed customer service back and forth for weeks now. All I requested was a replacement pump be sent out to me or a refund. Finally after weeks they offered me $45, No phone number to actually speak to a human, (live chat) is a bot telling you how important customers are. Dont waste your time or money!!

I bought this model on June 15th, received it on June 19th. Unfortunately its locked up on us August 11th. I chatted with "online support " They said it would be 1 to 2 business days and Ill receive an e-mail. By then my pool will probably be green and nasty and Ill have to fork over a lot if money in chemicals it get it back to normal.
