Pump only lasted 2 months, now just hums and won't work. Not good. They offered me $20 off a new one but needed to send money through PayPal to purchase the replacement pump. After some long back and forth emailing they would offer 40% off another pump but still I had to go through PayPal.

Fast delivery. However, after opening box the pump was visibly damaged. I contacted them sent photos and now i have wait for their team to review which could take up to 2 days, at least that's what their email said. I need a replacement now. I will update more after this return is completed. I think im going to have to purchase another brand if it does take a long time, as my pool can't be without a pump too long.

Ordered this pump had it installed it quit working soon after installation then kicked in and started working again. Now it has quit completely within a couple months after purchasing. It is a Very poor quality. I’m requesting a refund we will see if the company at least gives credit towards a better pump or refunds my money
