Great pump works as it should. The check valve though is only a plastic one and needs a brass one just like they show on you tube

So far this pump is working just great and i have nothing bad to say about the price home depo was 4 times more and i got a top notch 3 year warenty i could not be more happy

It’s been installed for a week and so far so good. Pressure and volume are impressive. Only a couple of complaints. First, the documentation isn’t the best, but that’s to be expected for a Chinese product. Second, and a little more troublesome is that this is a deep well pump, but it the power cable is only 30 feet long. If the well is that shallow, you don’t need a deep well pump. It would be a much better product if it either came with a longer power cord or the company offered a plug-in extension as an accessory

This was the first pump ive installed it was very straightforward and easy which was about a year and half ago it seems to be well built everything included as advertised was shipped as per the performance i only started using that well this past year so it sat idle for about 7 or 8 months which i was allitle concerned about but as soon as I turned the power to the pressure switch on the water started flowing to the tank and for the past year or so it seems to be working correctly aside from the built in check valve I'm not sure if there's a leak either befor the pump or the check valve had failed as i loose water down the line behind the check valve at the tank I take fault on that as I trusted the built in valve to hold and i did not put a check valve at the top of the pump as I should have , I also have not pulled the pump out to inspect the situation yet as the water pressure is still amazing. Overall I do recommend this product

I bought this pump for an industrial water bottling plant. We installed it directly in the well, it started producing water, and after only 30 seconds it completely stopped working. We ruled out generator and installation issues — the pump unit itself is defective. It's been over a year since we purchased it, and it has never provided reliable service. Very disappointing for a purchase meant for industrial/commercial use where we depend on the equipment daily. I do not recommend this pump for industrial or commercial applications.
