Look like the engine blew up. Doesn’t work requested a new one or a refund, still awaiting for a response from Vevor.

Built very well. The wiring cover down the side of the pump sticks out too far and will not fit in the 4" pipe. I've seen several reviews over the last few years with the same issue. You have to lightly beat if slightly flat to insert inside the 4" pipe. Installed 145' deep. Rated for 207'. Can only get to pressurize up to 42'psi. If i set to 43 it will not cut off even though it is Rated to 90psi. VEVOR did offer me a rebate of $21 since it was out of warranty ( i purchased and did not immediately install. Warranty ended before i could install so they did ok). I will purchase another VEVOR but much larger. BTW, it does have a backflow preventer installed in the motor housing. I installed another at the top as recommended. I checked to see if it would hold pressure when off and it did so no leaks in drop pipe.

Overall love Vevor and almost all products I receive from them and as gifts for others. However, this submersible well pump was very impressive, overall appeared design and built well. There was no repetitive short cycling, no issue with wiring. Bull diagnostic done on pump removal and appears capacitor was fried, likely to normal wear and tear however, unfortunate. There was a few months past the one year warranty window. Absolutely amazing product to start, however, wish I would’ve purchased model with external control box as it appears they no longer sell the 1.5HP 115v/60Hz without control box anymore. Perhaps this was an issue with this model? Would like to try another but hesitant to make investment at this time.

I wish the proper info could be provided for specs for the pump, it was not shown in the description or in the manual listed. I tried to return my pump and get a refund because I didn’t need it, they convinced me to not return it and get a partial refund for the inconvenience but they never issued me the refund when I contacted them like they told me to. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Horrible product hooked it up and it didn't work properly and now I have to fight with them to get my money back
