C’est vraiment un bon palan bien fait. Une commande avec fil et télécommande sans fil. Après 5 utilisations il est tombé en panne. Après avoir communiqué avec le service après vente, j’ai été remboursé complètement, un peu ardu mais c’est fait. Il faut dire que lorsque j’ai reçu le colis, la boîte était très amochée. Il était évident que le colis a été échappé durant le transport. Comme j’en ai vraiment besoin j’en ai recommandé un autre car j’ai confiance dans le produit. Mais le même treuil avec deux commandes est en rupture de stock. J’ai choisi celui qui n’a qu’une télécommande sans fil. J’espère que tout ira bien car le prix est dur à battre

Hoist had damage on the frame like it was hit or dropped at the factory, was also missing a bolt. Vevor offered a resolution which I'm happy with. So far hoist is working fine. The remote control is handy.

Purchased this hoist and the corresponding support arm. Be aware that despite clearly showing how to do it and stating it can be used that way, mounting on the thicker (50mm) short arm can't be done out of the box. Neither the hoist or arm come from Vevor with the correct sized mounting bracket to attach the hoist. Vevor does not sell them nor provide them. Support told me to go to a hardware store. Who also sells hoist btw.

Quit working after first use!! Do not buy. Gave one star because I can't give zero.

Did not work right out of the box, motor was seized. Fix solution from Vevor, throw it in the garbage. Getting full refund

Still not able to install/ use this. Hoist comes with 2 "U" brackets to connect it to the boom arm but the brackets are 42mm while the arm thickness is 52mm. I have brought this to the attention of Vevor CS but as of this writing I have received no follow up. UPDATE: FInally found a source of correct size "U" brackets (51 mm ID) and installed as directed. On first test I dropped the cable 20 ft and connected it to a 20# weight. I raised the weight to within 2 ft of the winch when the cable and drum stopped and refused to go further. I tried to reverse the winch but only heard the motor whine but the drum did not turn and cable did not move. I disconnected power and removed the weight , then re-connected power and tried again in both directions. I heard the motor engage but the drum and cable did not move. I am not impressed with Vevor products.

Installed it plugged it in and does not work.... Just hums Very difficult working with a return from Vevor. Probably will not buy from them anymore....

Arrive with damaged fan cover on the electric motor. Had to remove to be able to use. Does not engage all the time and sounds like the gears inside are grinding. If unit was working properly, I assume the rating would be much better
