Update: customer service reached out to me and the issue was resolved- it took them couple of days to find the best solution for me - I did understand their explanation and all good now I have changed my review to highly recommended, the. Important thing here to have full support and they did provide it. Thanks you The screws came with the item is larger than the holes and won’t fit. I have contacted customer support and they are ghosting me. I asked to return the item and also ghosted me . It had been more than 3 days now and their website says 24/7

Living in a more remote location, help for lifting items is sometimes lacking. The winch was a great third han. Construction and finish were very nice. Has more power than needed, but the dual controls, wired and wireless were the main reason for purchasing this model. Highly recommended. If there is any issue that I have, it's the cable speed . I hand to double the line to reduce the retrieval speed for finer control. Added the trolley since a beam was available. Overall a very good purchase.

Used this for a freight elevator for my workshop, great speed and solid performance. I have the option to double the cable on the pulley to increase the elevator capacity but 600 lbs is more that enough and the speed is great. A bit on the loud side, but acceptable. DO NOT ride such an elevator unless you include fall protection methods.

Great hoist , a must have for me. Getting older and these things are a back saver. Only wish is that they supply a metal support bar with it to discourage the use of wood which can not handle the load limits of the hoist.

Muy buena máquina. Cumple con las expectativas muy bien. El único problema que le veo es que debería llevar un contrapeso de 10kg porque si no al recogerlo se monta el cable uno encina del otro muy mal y después queda retorcido . Cuando le metes un peso para subir va perfecto.
