After fighting with the company over the right there all their demands they finally sent me another one but it took two weeks. The second one seems to function okay except it is very noisy.

The winch is used for lifting heavy items that I can not lift, however, the winch has burned out on the first use of it, I need a replacement for it as soon as possible. I used it for the first time last night. It failed. I was lifting 450 pounds with it and it started smoking and jammed up. I could not get it to raise or lower, when I finally got it to lower the cable had been so jammed up that it was all kinked. When it did start to lower it had been unwinding and the anvil fell to the floor and cracked the concrete. Do not buy this item it cannot lift what it advertises.

Mit Einstecken der Seilwinde sind Funken aus dem Gerät geflogen. Die Sicherung ist rausgeflogen und ich musste danach meinen PC neu aufsetzen und meine Heizung zurücksetzen und neu starten. Das Gerät ist eine Gefahr für jeden Haushalt.

We have bought 4 of these and seem very good for the price. We have one unit that has smoke when under load and a burning smell to it.I emailed for tech support and still no response. I reached out to the returns and they want a vidoe of the smoke when it happens as if they don't believe us.. I have nothing to pull or lift at this time so I have to wait until i have something to prove my case. oh ya, no phone number to speak with a real person which is very sad!!
