Bought few months ago went to use it and winch got hot and quit working. Was winching 1 roll of hay... please contact me to get this refunded or send another one and I will send mine back!!

Not even been a full year yet all sorts of problems with it piece of junk made very cheap quality and they wouldn't even stand behind their product for the full year

اگر می‌خواهی این را برای شکایت به Customer Service به انگلیسی بفرستی، می‌توانی این‌طور بگویی: The winch line/cable is not strong at all and it breaks very easily. I already requested a replacement cable, but I never received one. Also, the winch will pull the cable in and wind it up, but it does not release or feed the cable back out. I have tried both the wired and wireless controls, but the problem remains. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the winch and especially with the customer service. I contacted you about the cable issue and requested a replacement, but nobody properly followed up or resolved the problem.

Pouquoi marqué LIVRÉ,alors que DPD vous l'as retourné?? Je viens d'aileurs de le recommander pour une livraison samedi. L'autre commande à durée 5 semaines,une performance en quelque sorte! Je n'ai d'ailleurs toujours pas été remboursé et j'ai perdu les 20€ de dédommagement qui avez eté credité sur mon compte.... DPD, est un transporteur qui ne se distingue pas par sa prestation et son suivi client. A fuir absolument t!!!!

Not waterproof, doesn’t fit my winch cradle and mechanic said it might last 2 or 3 pulls then break…

Nice Winch.. not reall happy with the way the electronics are mounted on the top.. I got a real good price on it so I thought I would try it.. It is by no means a Warn brand winch. That being said... The price was great.. The remotes both work fine. The wireless one uses some odd sized battery.. Not a huge issue but it does mean you don't likely have one setting in the junk drawer at home. I Sold it before ever actually putting it to use. So my review is somewhat not that relevant. I did like the rope on the winch.

Colis livré 3 jours en avances, mais le colis est arrivé avec une ouverture ce qui est dommage jespere que rien n’es manquant a l’intérieur

Il est vraiment bien mais il fait énormément de bruit et quand je les déroulé la corde était fondu du coup pas pu le déroulé a fond j'attends une réponse du sav on verra si il son correct
