Doesn't work customer service wont respond pretty dissipointed out almost 400 bucks no overs to exchange or refund

Gears locked up in it while winching myself out and quit pulling very disappointed didn't last 5 months used maybe 6 times

I just used for 3 times and now only run for 1 side.

I bought this winch to replace an aging 12,000lb winch from Harbor Freight that had served me well for years. Sadly, the 13,500lb winch from Vevor is no where near is capable as my old winch. It seems to be equivalent to the 3500lb winch on my ATV. I am in the process of trying to secure a refund and return the defective product.

Worked fantastic the 1st time. The trailer sat several months at indoor storage and the winch will power out but not pull in now. Not impressed to have to take time out of my day to disassemble and send a video of it not working to get potential support. Should have bought name brand and I could have relied on it instead of being screwed on the job 443 miles from the shop.

***** BUYER BE WARE!!**** GARBAGE wouldn’t pull an atv out of a mud puddle! Burned up first use pulling a 1500 pick up on a car trailer! VEVOR won’t do anything!
