Bought and tried it before installing, everything worked great. Installed and it wouldn’t winch out, but would free spool and winch in. When taking out the switch box, it would winch in or out, but reinstalling wouldn’t work, even retightening the bolts didn’t fix it. Several back and forth with Vevor, I was offered a new winch or full refund. I’m taking the cash and I’ll figure out the relay later. 😁👍

Hard to give a review on the product seeing as I’ve been waiting on it for two weeks now. So don’t expect speedy shipping. FedEx tracking says only that a label has been created and they are waiting on the package. Might turn out to be a great buy but I’m very frustrated with nonexistent customer service and ridiculously slow shipping.

I would have given it 5 stars but the mounting hardware needed modifications. There are 4 square nuts that slide into the mounting slots at the base of the winch. We discovered a few of them would not slide into all the way and the bolts would not thead in. We sanded off one side of the nuts so they would go in far enough to thread the bolts in.

Completely frustrated with this product. This is the second winch I’ve purchased, and it arrived with the same defect: one of the solenoids doesn’t work. When I bought the first one, I reached out to VEVOR, but my issue wasn’t resolved. With this second purchase, I won’t even bother trying to contact them. I’d rather avoid further frustration. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I tried to get my money back. They played like I did not respond. I responded twice. I have no use for the product or this company any more.
