Trying to use the app made me get an e-10 code.. flooded it.. was difficult to get it to do what i want. And then trying to decipher all the setting and etc is also not easy. Been running it on low for about a month now without issue. Use it to heat my cabin 24/7. 650sq ft and insulated alright. Stays about 57 degrees when its 10 or so outside.

It feels solid and puts out decent heat so far. The bluetooth is non existent via several phones or laptop discovery. App doesn't find it as well. Bluetooth has been around a while now and even cheap speakers, headsets and vehicles get discovered and paired easily. Not this device. I've also had issues with the control panel failing to allow shutdown. Pushed the power button to start the shutdown procedure and nothing... so the option is to use the remote. If remote is unavailable then what? It's not good to pull the power without the unit doing it's shutdown procedure I've read. Had the same turning on, so I unplugged the power adapter and let it reset. More to come

My power button has decided to not work few days ago... thank goodness for the Bluetooth and app and the remote as the way I have been able to still use for now.... Im yet to contact vevor for solutions 3 months old but other than the power button failed im happy with the heater.... probably buy a 2nd sooner or later

It says it is 8Kw. Converting that to BTU = about 27,000 btu. I doubt very much it is putting out that much heat. It took over 2 hours to raise the temperature from 40 to 60f. My 32000 btu propane heater does that in a few minutes.

well shipping was pretty quick, the heater arrived in an undamaged box, when I opened the package everything was packed well. Removed the heater and first found that the control panel on the top of the heater was pushed in or down into the compartment, the plastic screen was a little scratched up, figured I would just take the side panel apart to fix this. Then upon putting everything together found that the fittings for the hot air hose are really thin, no flange and when I tried to keep in on the quick connect, the hose just falls out. Clearly a design flaw with the missing flange. Contacted customer service, very quick response, they say they will make it right in the next 1-2 days. Kind of disappointed right now but lets see what they do. Its cold where I am and I have been waiting to use this in my garage and now delayed.

This heater. It can hold down a pile of papers, but it's not much good for more than that. I take that back actually. It can be an ok flame thrower. It spews white smoke from all over inside the body and the exhaust outside. You'd think that means fire but no, it's just smoldering diesel. It does get a little warm once it has a quick spark and shoots flames out of the exhaust hot enough to make the pipe glow red. It's very pretty to watch, though I'm pretty sure it's unsafe. I could deal with that, just call customer service and tell them the issue. Oh, wait. That's another terrible thing about this company. They don't have a customer service department. They have a robot that continually tells you it's looking into the issue. You can try to get in touch with them in a million ways. They'll never reply. So now I have a $150 or so paperweight after taxes, my hands and entire garage smell like diesel and I'm still cold. Not only do I not recommend this product, I don't recommend the company. Scam product, scam company. See ya Vevor, I'll be sure to tell everyone I possibly can forever how awful you are. I've attached a photo of the best thing this did, blow a bunch of smoke. Fun to watch, doesn't keep you warm

the led screen is on top of this unit. One Little spill of diesel and it is peeling off. the screen needs to be on the side.

From the box, the heater will not turn on or off using the control head mounted on the heater itself and will only work from the remote control. I have contacted Vevor to receive a replacement unit and am waiting on a response. I took a video of the malfunction to post here but there is no way to post a video as part of a review, but I have provided the video directly to Vevor. Will update this review in the future.
