Bill Bedortha cheap but worked for awhile
Good price but crapped out after 3 months of daily use. Bought the same unit as replacement due to the price but the temperature does not go high enough and certainly not as hot as the predecessor.

Not too happy with the soup kettle. It does not keep soup warm for long. It's as if the temperature control doesn't regulate or control anything. I prefer the one I got from Costco in 2022; it's way better than this one I just got in July 2026.

It looks good, but when assembly It came with a manufacture defect which is disappointing and I will send it back. The drainage is damaged and leaking too. The top doesn’t sit right neither I had a hard time assembling it.
