Used this at Christmas, worked very well, like the feature that shows when water is low and the spigot for draining water when done, kept soups the right temperature all night. The only thing did not like was the utensils, for one thing there are only two and the handles are too short would have fallen in the soup, otherwise would recommend this product.

I have used kettle after kettle for our soups and I will never purchase one again. This soup warmer has increased my sales with our soups. No burning of soup. Less waste, more profit. Great item.

It leaks in one of the corners. We will most likely need to caulk the seams from the inside. The bain maries themselves are extremely sharp and have already caused a laceration to one of my employees.

The inside of this soup warmer developed rust and corrosion around the heating area after only two uses. I even noticed discoloration in that area when I first received it, which makes me question whether the unit was defective from the beginning. I purchased VEVOR’s 1-Year Protection Plan and submitted photos and all requested information. I was told my claim was sent to a specialist team. After I followed up, VEVOR apologized for the delay, confirmed my warranty claim was still under review, and specifically told me my ticket would remain open until the issue was resolved. I never received a response from the specialist team. Instead, my case was marked “Solved” with no replacement, repair, or warranty resolution. Paying extra for a Protection Plan only to have my unresolved claim closed honestly makes the protection plan feel like a scam. I purchase equipment for my business, and after this experience I will not buy more business equipment from VEVOR. I would rather purchase directly from suppliers or manufacturers in China. I expected much better product quality and warranty service.

Egalement avec le recul j'aurai opté plutôt pour un format bac GN pour pouvoir facilement stocker les plats dans leur plat d'origine sans avoir besoin de faire un transfert. Les plats ronds n'etant pas du tout pratqiue a stocker dans un frigo.

This lasted 3 months. I bought the warranty on it. Their offer is sending a part to fix it myself. Then they lost the part.Then they offer me $20. I refused and asked for a replacement. Then they offered $54. This company is a fraud and a joke. Don't buy from them. If you do DON'T but their warranties. It is a huge scam.
