These binders do not work like standard binders. You must use two bars, one to work ratchet. Second to hold chain from twisting. If you don’t chain winds up a bit and is loose within minutes of driving. So in short useable but pain in the butt to use

Price is fair, but it never arrived, I must of recevied 10 notices that it would be delivered a certian day, then when it never did, tracking gave another time, Vevor told me to wait a few more days, ,after over two weeks, I gave up, cancelled the order and ordered from another vendor that I recevied in three days. You think I would of got some sort of discount for a future order just to try to keep my business, never recevied anything.
