great item works well.

Nice reel works smoothly and properly and very handy,, I love it!!

Easy to hang compared to others I’ve installed. I’m super surprised by the quality. Since then, I’ve purchased even more Vevor products with confidence. The reels pull out and retract easily, and the pressure is great. Very impressed with the quality and performance!

Solid mounting system built to last. The hose is very pliable and easy to pull and retract.

So far, so good. Nice to have one hose on one reel capable of reaching throughout my garage. However, the reel makes some very disconcerting noises as its retracting as if the spring is slipping, jumping a cog, or bound up somehow. Time will tell.

Awesome! Would def buy again!

Quality-wise, this reel is great. Sturdy steel construction, very responsive and smooth mechanism. A nice-to-have would've been an auto-advance on the throat that moves side to side as the hose winds in to prevent bunching and tangling, but that would make it more expensive, so I'm not complaining. One recommendation for improvement is to include lag bolts with the reel. All that came, in terms of fasteners, were concrete anchors, and those weren't very useful to me as I mounted my reel on the seeling. It's a small convenience that saves a trip to the hardware store. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.

This was the perfect add to my shop.

Absolutely love it. We mounted it for easy access and it works really well. Highly recommend

so far so good, works very well. The hose is nice and light but seems sturdy enough to survive a busy workshop
