This hose reel doesnt want to automatically reel up at all. I have tried repeatedly but it will not reel up all the way.

The product is fine, pricing not nearly as much of an insentive as it used to be. Shipping is absolutely deplorable! I'm talking, enough to make you think long and hard about throwing vevor to the wolves and paying a few dollars more for a company who actually cares about their product being delivered on time (or at all for that matter) They use the most useless shipping companies who either don't deliver the product, or drop the product at the edge of the road rather than actualy delivering (somewhat close) to the door, or some of your product is delivered, then several days later (once you've spent the time to make a claim- then they tell you to check with your all your neighbors, family, extended family, friends, pets, aunts/uncles, old friends, or perhaps a group of turtels that may have tought about looking at what was supposed to be your delivery.....) they might give a $hit... I mean- it's really, truly bad!

I wish I could say these were excellent but they’re the opposite. The moment we went to use them after mounting them they don’t work at all. I have used many retractable air hose units before and they work fine. For whatever reason these just don’t work. We have to work them so much and they just don’t operate correctly” and retract. . Also, one of them leaked immediately after we hooked it up at the internal mechanism. That was a bummer.. I’m so busy with my cabinet company I haven’t had time to deal with sending back so I just eat the cost I guess. I will be getting different ones that work correctly and spend money again somewhere else. So much fun…

Après plusieurs mois d’utilisation, je regrette clairement mon achat. Certes, le prix est attractif et le visuel est sympa, mais la qualité n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. Le tuyau se remballe très mal : il faut constamment le guider à la main sinon il s’emmêle et se bloque sans arrêt. Le principe même d’un enrouleur automatique est justement de pouvoir remballer le tuyau facilement, sans devoir rester devant à l’accompagner doucement de gauche à droite pour éviter qu’il s’enroule toujours au même endroit. Au final, l’utilisation devient vite agaçante et pas pratique du tout. J’en ai acheté 4 et j’en ai même reçu un cassé à la livraison, ce qui est inadmissible. Très déçu de cet achat, je déconseille clairement ce produit.

Absolutely the worst air hose reel I’ve ever used. Will not roll back up to save my life. I have to fight it to get it to roll up 3/4 of the way and I don’t even bother to roll it up completely. I’m a big fan of vevor but this air hose reel is garbage

The hose is priced cheaper than alternatives, but it has its cons as well. So far the mechanism that helps the hose return for storage has stopped working and now the hose just lays around. The hose also kinks up quite a bit, so I find myself having to fix the hose kinks quite often. Maybe if you don't extend the hose out that far, you may not have a hose kink issue, but that defeats the purpose of having a longer hose.

Ordered with some other stuff. When I got around to installing it, everything went well. Installed, took the packaging ff, and then tried it. The hose came, but would not retract, defeating the whole purpose of the purchase. Contacted Vevor, after one week, no word from them. Should have bought the similar priced item from my local KMS Tools store.

Coupler broke. Not a month old. Wheel grinds.

This hose reel is decent overall, but there are a couple misleading specs. First, the hose is not a true 1/2". I build air, fuel, and coolant lines, and sizing matters — this feels undersized compared to a real 1/2" hose. Second, the hose is rated for 300 PSI, but the reel itself is only rated for 150 PSI. That means the seals and internal components of the reel can’t handle what the hose is capable of. It gives the impression you're buying a 300 PSI reel, but you're not. Because of these issues, I can’t give it 5 stars. It works, but the specs are a bit misleading.

I ordered the air hose retractable reel and received it in good shape. Upon inspection I determined the reel would not retract at all. I called the support line and made them aware of the issue and all they would tell me to send in a picture of the reel showing the problem. Not sure how to make a picture of something not retracting , but I sent the picture and heard nothing back. I called back and requested a refund or exchange and still nothing. Vevor seems to have decent products but good luck if you have any issues.
