This hose reel seems to be good value for money.

Works great 95% of the time. When it doesn't recall the hose I have to pull all of the house back out. Then it will call for the hose back

Works as it should

Unpacked it when I got it and assembled what I needed. Picked out a spot to install the reel at the front edge of our home. Was easy to install level, but due to the weight of the reel & hose, it has a tilt to it when swung from side to side and doesnt look level. The hose appears to be a rather inexpensive black hose and may need replacing down the road. Only time will tell how long the hose last. The nozzel that came with it, is a bonus feature and glad I didn't need to purchase it. All in all, a solid 4 out of 5 stars... would I buy it again if needed... YES!!!

This hose reel is truly amazing great quality and very robust. The retractable system feels extremely powerful.

This things great. Takes me two seconds to setup and 2 seconds to put away. No more hose on the floor and on my way. Spent all day doting a 8foot post into the earth and now I’m set for life.

It was easier than I expected to install. It's heavy duty and I expect it to last a long time in a home garden environment. Easy to use. And as a bonus it looks great.

Great quality, lots of hose, just works! A must have at a great price will order couple more for the shop and house

Very good

Awesome unit
