I’ve bought 2 of these and no problems at all,one minor niggle is the trigger which is a bar across the spray unit operated by thumb .a bit awkward, other than that all good.

Works perfect!

I had the hose reel professionally installed and it works as advertised. It deploys and retracts as smooth as butter. It's a great convenience and I look forward to using it often. No more manual hose reel winding. 4 stars on quality as the access cover seems very flimsy and will require attention during use.

Perfect….!

Fantastic product. More than I was expecting, but I should have known better. Everything I have purchased from Vevor is over the top. The 100 foot of hose reel came with mounting bolts and ready to use. The only assembly was mounting it. Why I waited so long baffles me. It must be that I enjoyed rolling up 200 feet of hose by hand. One pull and this rolls up in less than 30 seconds. Thank you Vevorfor giving us a premium product for a reasonable price.

No issues so far.

I ordered the 1/2 hose reel without realizing that it is not suitable for my purpose. After some online communications with Vevor, they agreed to refund the full purchase price.

What a fantastic solution for always having the hose put away when not in use! Love it!

I need to get another one for the other side of my house .. this one is in the sun.. in the weather and still works flawlessly.. the sprayer on the end of the hose did get a little beat up and broke over time.. but the hose and reel are the shit !!! Completely worth every penny

Great product so much easier than the old reel I had to crank.
