Overall I love the product. Easy to use and setup. The only thing I wish I had gotten the larger circumference hoarse. 5/8 instead of 1/2.

I love it, for my age it makes winding it up easy, I recommend this to everyone, my youngest daughter and her husband bought two of them.

C. Churchill Surprisingly tough
So far we are quite pleased with this item.i believe this item was around $60 or $70 at the time of purchase. We are happy with the results per the price point so far. The retracting hose reel is still working perfectly although I recommend shutting the water off when performing this action. I have mounted this hose under my patio roof. The patio is partially enclosed as well so the hose reel is not exposed to the elements. I would be curious to know how this item holds up in the summer weather. It also easily comes off its permanent mount for winter storage. I recommend this item for people who need to use their garden hose frequently. We use it to water our plants, herbs, and veggies several times a day.
