We have been using the reels for a couple of months now without any issues. I really like them so far and would recommend to anyone to purchase these if they are thinking about going this way. The price is right, quality is good and easy to use.
Thanks
Bill

Austin Coomes Retractable water hose
Bought one for my mom and me. I bought the air retractable hose first and seen that it was made decent. So I purchased this one and so far we both like it. As long as your not aggressive with it I believe it should last a long time.

James stringfield Retractable water hose reel
I purchased one for my self. My daughterinlaw in Georgia was carrying buckets of water to her goats and chickens, sent her one. My son has been mowing my grass due to my broken foot surgery, he spotted my reel, asks a few questions bout it, I showed him how it works. The following week, I sent him one, he luvs it.
