I have 3 other retractable hose reels (non Vevor) and thought I'd give Vevor a try. Easy installation, we'll built, nice nozzle options. I gave this 4 stars because when the hose is pressurized, it is difficult to pull out and won't retract all the way. You need to shut off the water, release the pressure (to make the hose smaller in circumference) to get proper functionality. I don't have that with the other reels. The saving grace is that this is in a low use area, so I can deal with the infrequent inconvenience.

Solid product. No issue reaching any place in my yard. My only criticism is the spray nozzle rather cheap.. My old one is much better

This hose is long and reliable. Can reach every corner of my back garden and more. Easy to pull out and retract. Also easy to mount and with one pull of the pin, can remove it for the winter months and store insode.

Just received the reel this morning. First impressions: it looks solid and well‑built. The hose, however, looks and feels quite plasticky, so I’m not sure how it’ll hold up in the cold weather. I can’t install it yet since we still have snow on the ground and my outdoor water is shut off for the season. Hopefully the hose and reel perform as well as the other Vevo product I purchased. I’ll post an update as soon as the weather warms up and I can put the new setup to use. (My Quality and Easy to Use ratings are only estimates as that field was mandatory to post the review and not from actual use)

Overall, the hose reel is great, the retracting mechanism works well. The hose itself is pretty thin, but this is likely because it needs to be able to reel up 100 feet into the space available, so it cannot be too heavy duty. One thing to note is that while the wall bracket is metal and very sturdy, the hose reel back itself (where it connects) is plastic. This results in the hose reel sagging a bit towards the front of the reel (due to weight) making it uneven on the wall.

Love everything about it but the metal piece right on the end of the hose by where you screw the nozzle on does leak just a little bit so I can’t just leave my hose on all the time like I like to.

I see you best shipping put it up works great no complaints would buy again probably will

I just received my 2 hoses last week I used the longer one 3 day ago it worked fine. I made sure I reeled it back and left it outside, I went to used it today and water starting spraying out everywhere. It has no damage on my part so I'm not sure what happen but I need this sprayer to be replaced. Overall not a bad product.

Everything is good except the interface between the spray nozzle and the house leaked from the start (yes it had a gasket), but i could neither loosen or tighten it. The bread parts of the hose just spun around themselves. I finally had to carefully saw the spray nozzle off and put a different one on.

I bought this thing based on the excellent product I bought from them earlier, a 50' retractable air line. Excellent product it was, actually bought a second one. This hose reel seems a little bit not so excellent. The rather large pin that the unit swivels on, it's actually a little on the weak side. It's already flexing/bending while holding the reel on the mount. In my opinion, this pin should be made of a heavier material considering the weight of the water that is inside the hose wrapped up inside the unit. I also have a concern that should this hose ever need replacing, I'm not sure that it can be. You'd have to take the reel apart and even then, can the hose be replaced? I don't know. When pulling the hose out of the reel, you know, to use it, it seems a little tough to pull it out. Not to the point where I'm forcing it, but a little bit of effort is needed. It's not nearly as smooth as the retractable air line. Also, the instructions are that you're supposed to turn the water supply off at the source before rewinding the hose. Kind of annoying. Why would we be instructed to do that extra step? Any other hose winder I've had previously, never had to do that, and it worked fine. Now mind you, those were manual hose winders, does it make a difference? I don't know.
