Works as it should, except you really have to control the rewinding slowly with your hand on the hose so it doesn’t load too quickly and create a bump on the coil.

50 ft. hose reel is nice but the 4 mounting bolts were not big enough. I had to go buy 4 bigger bolts that cost me $13 in additional cost. Not happy about that. Should get a refund.

I can't give this a honest opinion yet because I am missing the mounting tube to secure the hose reel. There for I have not been able to test how it is. I will gladly update my review when and if I receive the mounting tube to complete the installation.

I was pleased with the price but disappointed with the overall quality. The mounting material is plastic without the adequate gusseting to prevent sagging of the hose reel with water in the hose. The hose reel works well to stop the hose .

J ai a peine sortie le matériel de la boîte et le pistolet est tombé en deux morceaux par-terre, l'autre embouts ajustable ne se ferme pas donc pas très utile. Merci

For expensive item like this, all feature should work without problem. Mine is hard to reel and have a missing a part. Vevor won't even communicate much. Technician give you one advice and nothing more..it just lying on the ground most of the time as reeling it is so much work. What a waste of money

Price was very good in comparison with similar models. I am pleased with its convenience but I recommend the 5/8 “hose. The 1/2” is too small. It slows down the water flow too much.

My wife loves using it. I wish I had purchased the 5/8" version. The first time I dropped the hose onto a soft grassy lawn, the nozzle broke.

it get stuck going down so I had to use another jack to get the car down not to safe to me

It looks good but it leaked on first use . Contacted Vevor and they gave me some instructions on how to fix it . It’s weird that sometimes it stops leaking . Sometimes small leaks . Sometimes big leaks . I bought things from Vevor before and those had been pretty good . But this one is not . I’m tempted to return it but customer service did not give me that option . Maybe what I got is just a lemon . Over all I’m not happy with it .
