Received this as a Christmas gift and installed it this week after our driveway was completed. Very disappointing as there isn't any pressure. Pressure at the faucet is strong, but the hose pressure is terrible.

Super disappointed in this product. Didn't even get a full week in after installing before the hose stopped retracting in. Unfortunately im past the 30 day return window so now im out $180.

Bought two, first one broke within 3 days of use, stopped rewinding in and is now jammed out. Second one started leaking 2 weeks in. Now both are leaking profusely.

I bought a power washer i have gotten any responses for a month so im out 300 with no answer call my or email me saying at least why your not returning my money

It will not retract only been using it for 3 weeks and it will not retract something is broken inside

The included nozzle is very cheaply made and leaks. Upon attempting to remove it to use another nozzle, I found that the hose end spins in place, rather than un-threading from the nozzle. I'm now left with a leaky nozzle stuck on the hose, and customer support has not responded after nearly 1 week and multiple follow-ups. Would not recommend this product.

Still have not heard nothing from them

I bought two of this hose reel. One last year and another in April 2026. The new one started to show signs of wear. I have used it less than 10 times. Not happy with the quality. It’s not durable.
